Privacy notice

We use your data only for your coaching: your profile, workouts, nutrition, check-ins, photos and documents. Your photos and documents are private: only you, your assigned coach and authorized administrators can see them, and every access is logged. We don't sell your data. You can request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting your coach. Lab documents are stored to organize your history; the platform does not interpret them or provide diagnoses.

Absolute Fitness does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician before starting an exercise or nutrition program.
